Jess Me blends somatic and frequency healing with music, using voice and intuition to soothe body and mind.

With over 30 years of experience playing, and creating music, I have become attuned to the vibrations around her in more than one way. Our bodies speak through frequency. Nature speaks through frequency. Our nervous system picks up on, and emits frequencies.

By using my voice, I find I can connect to people in much deeper ways - especially in the combination with somatic work. The motto is: Listen first. Then, we enter into a dance of communication. This is the realm where true magic happens.
